Our olive groves were planted in 2006 and 2007. We grow varieties such as Arbequina, Coratina, Changlot Real and Picual, creating wonderful blends for the production of our olive oil “Don Salvador”, which is targeted at export markets.
The specific climate of our region, together with careful pruning and close monitoring of the crop, bestows organoleptic properties to our olive oil, that hightlight fruity characteristics, while keeping a delightful balance between spicy and bitter flavors.
The diversity of trees ensures perfect blends, ready for the most demanding markets.
